What this can and cannot tell you
- These are country-level measurements for Iraq. They cannot tell one city from another, and they cannot tell you whether your own connection is working — if everything around you is offline and this page says otherwise, the problem is closer to home.
- It records that independent measurements stopped agreeing, and for how long. It never records why. An outage, a cut cable and a deliberate block are indistinguishable from outside the network, and this site does not guess.
- It is automated and independent. Nobody is on the other end, it takes no reports, and it is not an official service.
